Data Dennis is meant to provide well-commented source code for people to use in their own research and projects.  The programs and scripts written here should only be complex enough to make them interesting.  Notice that very little explanation and discussion is provided outside of the code.  Instead, the majority of all explanations are provided as comments within the code.
